I pretty much feel like crap. I’ve got a huge headache, sore throat, and having some chills. I know its partly because I haven’t been able to get much sleep lately. I’ve tried different tricks to relax and some sleep aids. Does anyone else have any suggestions? Help me!

Xtra NyQuil & white noise ( A loud Box fan) Black the room out & turn the computer / cell phone off
Girl, you gotta get some sleep! Ear plugs, dim all lights about an hour before you are ready to go to sleep…including computer! all light tricks your brain into thinking it’s still daytime. The dimness will kick your melatonin into gear to make you sleepy.
